Our Professional Staffing & Rehabilitation Management Consultation Services

The primary goal of the Professional Staffing Services division and Rehabilitation Management Consultation Services division of our business is to use our many years of rehabilitation managerial, clinical, and professional staffing experience to assist other rehabilitation providers throughout the United States of America. We assist rehabilitation providers by providing quality board certified and licensed Physical Therapists (DPTs or PTs), Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (LPTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTDs or OTs), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), and/or Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for supplemental coverage and/or hire. We also provide rehabilitation providers management consultation services upon request.

Our Professional Supplemental Staffing Options:

Individual(s) Supplemental Staffing Option: If you are seeking a short-term (3 month or greater) professional staffing solution to complete your rehabilitation professional workforce, we can create an Individual(s) Supplemental Staffing Agreement to provide you with one or more board certified and licensed DPTs/PTs, LPTAs, OTDs/OTs, COTAs, and/or SLPs to meet your staffing situation.

Team Supplemental Staffing Option: If you are seeking a long-term (1 year or greater) team of professionals to complete your rehabilitation professional staffing plan, we can create a Team Supplemental Staffing Agreement to provide you with a team of board certified and licensed DPTs/PTs, LPTAs, OTDs/OTs, COTAs, and/or SLPs and an onsite manager to meet your long-term situation. This long-term team solution requires a great deal of planning prior to implementation.

Our Professional Placement Option:

In addition to our Supplemental Staffing options, we also provide you with a Professional Placement option which allows you to hire our DPTs/PTs, LPTAs, OTDs/OTs, COTAs, or SLPs in exchange for a placement fee.
